$475 Annually

Children up to age 13: $375 when added to an adult plan

The value of this plan is over $500 for children and adults in covered services.

When you enroll in our Simple Dental Discount Plan, you will receive:

2 Healthy mouth hygiene appointments with periodontal exam

OR one periodontal maintenance visit

Necessary X-rays

Fluoride treatment

Comprehensive exam

Additionally, this plan offers a 15% discount on other required treatments, including:

Exam & X-rays

Composite fillings

Crowns & core build-ups

Partials

Extractions & oral surgery

Root canals

Periodontal treatment

Unlike traditional insurance plans, there are:

No annual maximums

No deductibles

No complicated claim forms

No denial of treatment

No pre-existing limitations

No wait periods
